University of Engineering and Technology (UET) Lahore was established in 1921. Its total academic staff is almost 741 and student strength is 7000. Its students are called “Uetian”. It has currently 4 campuses. UET also has 16 hostels for students and it has 50 buses or transportation o students and staff. Its main campus is in Begum Pura Lahore and other campuses are in Kala Shah Kaku and Rachna College Gujranwala and a campus in Faisalabad. UET conduct courses for electrical, mechanical, civil, chemical and mineral, architecture and natural sciences engineering.
