Badshahi Mosque Lahore

Badshahi mosque or shahi masjid was completed in 1673 by King Aurangzeb Alamgir. Shahi mosque is the 2^nd largest mosque in Pakistan after faisal mosque. It is the 5^th biggest mosque in world. It is a famous historical place and religious place in Lahore. In one time almost five thousand people can pray Namaz here. Other famous mosques in world are Masjid al Haram Mecca, Masjid e Nabvi, Hassan Mosque Casablanca. It is included in world heritage by UNESCO. It is situated in the front of Lahore Fort. And Allma Iqbal tomb is in front of it.

Shah Faisal Mosque Islamabad

Faisal Mosque Islamabad is biggest mosque in Pakistan. King Faisal of Saudi Arabia supported for this mosque. It has capacity of almost 200000 people. Its design is different than other traditional mosques. Its shape is like tent. It can be seen from anywhere in Islamabad. Margala Hills are very near to it. Islamic University Islamabad is also in its neighborhood. Faislal Mosque is Pakistani’s National mosque. A very beautiful and modern mosque in the world.
