Vitamin E

Main sources for vitamin E are Almonds, Sunflower oil and seeds, hazelnuts, peanuts, corn and soybean oil, Mango, Tomato and Spinach. Vitamin E is very essentials in Heart diseases.

Vitamin K

Vitamin K plays very important role for your health. It is necessary for blood circulation. It protects bones from fractures. Helpful in arteries and prevent liver from diseases.
