Badshahi masjid or badshahi mosque is located in
Lahore. Shahi Masjid is the 2nd largest mosque in Pakistan after
faisal mosque Islamabad. It was completed between 1671 to 1673 by Aurangzeb
Alamgir. It is also historical place for Muslims and non Muslims.
Approximately 100000 people can pray here. This was number one largest
mosque for 313 years. It has 4 minarets. It is located opposite of Lahore
Fort or Shahi Qilla. It is made from red stone brought from Jaipur
Rajasthan. In a shiny day Badshahi Mosque can be seen from 13 Kilo meters.
It is one of the biggest and great building from Mughal empire.
