Shah Faisal Mosque Islamabad is first largest mosque in Pakistan and 2nd largest in the world after Hassan 2 Mosque in Casablanca Morocco. Faisal Mosque is also National Mosque of Pakistan. It is located in Islamabad near margala Hills at the end of faisal Avenue. Its design is very unique. It has four minarets which can be seen from anywhere in Islamabad. Almost 3 lac people can pray here. Minatare height is 260 feet. Mosque is named after Kind Faisal of Saudi Arabia. Faisal Mosque completed in 1986.
